Hey everyone. Here's a nice photo of my family and me at the beach. It's such a sunny picture, I thought it was a nice reminder of the light and joy our families can be for each of us. This Thanksgiving I am especially thankful for my wife and all she does to help me feel connected, healed, and excited about life. And I'm thankful for my children who always help remind me just what is important this time around.
